ClaimEdits (claimedits.com) is published by PayerParity. We collect the minimum needed to run the site and reply to you. There are no user accounts and nothing to sign up for.

What we do not do

  • No advertising trackers. There is no advertising pixel or retargeting tag on this site.
  • No analytics cookies. We do not set cookies to profile or follow visitors.
  • No selling of data.We do not sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else's marketing.

Aggregate visit measurement

We count visits using Vercel Web Analytics, which records which pages were viewed, the site that referred the visit, and the country, browser and device type. It sets no cookies and builds no profile. To count a repeat view within a day without identifying anyone, it derives a one-way hash that is discarded and regenerated daily; your IP address is used to compute it and is not stored. We see totals and trends, never a named individual or a browsing history that follows you between visits.

Information you send us

If you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, organization, organization type, role, and message. We use it only to reply. The submission also carries a short note of how you reached the form — the site that referred you, the page you arrived on, how long you had been here, your screen size and your browser version. That is assembled in your browser when you press send and travels with the message; if you never submit the form, none of it is recorded or transmitted anywhere. We keep no log of visitors who do not contact us. Delivery runs through Web3Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can email us directly at hello@claimedits.com instead. That address forwards to our inbox through a third-party mail forwarding provider, which handles the message in transit.

Please do not send PHI

Do not send protected health information, member-level data, or claim files through the form or by email. This site does not need it.

Technical and security data

Like any website, our hosting and content-delivery providers process standard request data — including IP address, user-agent, and the page requested — to serve pages and protect the service from abuse.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version. The aggregate measurement described above is the only visitor tooling on this site. If anything that identifies or follows individuals is ever added, this page will say so before it runs.
